SUMMER VACATION
Bring your boat, up to 28' and dock it at your door. In less than 5 minutes, be boating, fishing, wakeboarding, tubing and waterskiing on Lake Simcoe.
You can take the family for a day of fun & swimming in the park at the community beach a short stroll down the road, or simply relax in your large backyard & enjoy the beautiful view down the canal that you see here.
WINTER VACATION
Snowmobiling near Lake Simcoe
Bring your ATV or snowmobile and park it in one of your two garages. Enjoy skating with your kids on the rink we build on the canal right outside your back door as soon as the ice is safe.
Winter vacation activities around Lake Simcoe include 1,000's of miles of snowmobile trails that span Ontario right from your door. Other facilities nearby include cross-country skiing, ATVing, skating, curling or just relaxing by the fire with a cup of hot chocolate.
